January 1, 2021 is an important starting point for the “foggy Albion”: Britain leaves the EU zone and, due to the end of the transit period, becomes an independent subject of international trade relations.
\nThis date will be fateful for Ukraine as well: our relations with Britain will be determined by the Free Trade Agreement, which has not yet been ratified by any of the parties.<\/p>\n
On December 17, together with the co-chairs of the Customs Committee Oleh Kyrievsky, Oleksandr Lazarev, representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and the State Customs Service of Ukraine, we will discuss:
\n\u2022 How will trade relations between Ukraine and the United Kingdom change if the transit period ends and the Free Trade Agreement is not ratified?
\n\u2022 What happens if both parties ratify this Agreement by the New Year?
\n\u2022 What is new in the Agreement as opposed to what it was before Britain left the EU?<\/p>\n
