Participants are challenged to identify the most appropriate approaches to coaching, goals, and actions for turning around a team that currently is not performing well. Coach Business Simulation highlights the results of 30+ years of human motivation and achievement research, in particular, the work of Professor David McClelland of Harvard University and Dr J. Clayton Lafferty of Human Synergistics.
