Even the most experienced managers periodically update their knowledge and skills to be in line with modern trends. Early start of management competencies mastering and systematic ongoing supervisory skills development \u2013 are key factors to ensure prompt and successful career promotion. To be competitive in the labor market, present and future managers face a need for constant mastering and updating their managerial knowledge and skills. To meet a growing need in systematic and agile managerial potential development, EBA Management Development Centre launches a new programme &#8220;Effective People Management&#8221;. This medium-term program is aimed to help participants to enhance their competitive advantage and accelerate further career promotion through their managerial competencies development, as well as mastering of effective modern managerial practices, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the whole spectrum of management functions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"al-education-title\"><strong>TARGET AUDIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managers of different (from initial to middle) position level and work experience<\/li>\n<li>Future managers who are interested in developing their managerial potential and prefer to be ready in advance to possible career promotion<\/li>\n<li>Managers with a long-term experience who wish to update and\/or systemize their knowledge and skills in personnel management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"al-education-title\"><strong>ADVANTAGES OF THE PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Convenient educational format that allows combining study with work: 70 training hours are delivered by short 5-hour sessions per week.<\/li>\n<li>Program\u2019s syllabus is divided into 2 independent modules (35 hours each)<\/li>\n<li>Suitable combination of theory and practice.
