Active migration processes, demographic situations and rising demand for human capital, encourage business executives and HR managers to increasingly take care of factors that could keep employees in the workplace. According to experts from the UK and Australia, among the factors influencing on the employee\u2019s decision to stay one could name a mentally healthy environment and attention to the mental health of the team members. According to PWC and Deloitte, $ 1 invested in creating such environment will return $ 9 by increasing employees\u2019 productivity, efficiency, loyalty, reducing absenteeism due to deterioration in health, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Vitaliy Klymchuk, Director of Mental Health.
