She spent the past eight years as a Judge of the Kharkiv district administrative court and spent her whole previous career in the state administration sector. Ms Volkova has gained notable experience throughout the entire litigation lifecycle, from tax to administrative proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Lyudmyla is a coach with the National School of Judges of Ukraine, a certified coach with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and a former member of Ukraine\u2019s Council of Judges. Lyudmyla is the author of numerous articles on the challenges and achievements of the justice reform in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Volkova holds a Degree in Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University and a Master\u2019s Degree in Public Administration from Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kostiantyn Likarchuk, Managing Partner of Kinstellar\u2019s Kyiv office, comments:<\/strong> \u201c<em>We are delighted to have such a knowledgeable practitioner as Lyudmyla joining us.
