Team formation becomes an increasingly important component of management activity, especially at higher hierarchical levels. If we gather any workers together and even formulate a common goal for them, one should not assume that they, immediately embracing it, form a group unity, called a team. EBA Odesa Personal and Corporate Efficiency Studio 25.10.17 was dedicated to a topic “A team from I to WE. System approach to team building”.<\/p>\n
The speaker was Ivan Goliakov, Experience Designer, who studies physiological safety in teams, carries out workshops on design thinking and team dynamics, is a teacher of the Advertising and Design School “Baggage”.<\/p>\n
We saw a non-standard look at a team work through the prism of the military psychologists of the Swedish Defense Ministry.
