Presence of human resources changes the scheme of business management, reducing to itself the sphere of security. In order to learn how to maintain effective management and act in stressful situations, on July 18, 2017, we gathered at the EBA Odesa Personal and Corporate Studio.<\/p>\n
Speaker was Kostiantyn Zhuravel, founder of CENTER Security Agency and the first in Ukraine social project “Gromadska Bezpeka”. Highlighting the topic of the meeting “Human Factor in Business Security” he told about employee’s\u2019 actions that lead to lower financial performance, how to deal with it, and how to cope with a situation where a business owner loses control, how to diagnose potential problems in a company and manage risks.<\/p>\n
