That is why, on the third lesson of the EBA Odesa Legal School we learned about Contract Law niceties. Speaker was Andriy Selyutin, Head of the School, Head of EBA Odesa Legal Committee, Head of Arzinger South Ukrainian Branch.<\/p>\n
Participants discussed the nature, form and structure of a contract, the procedure of its concluding and existing legislative measures concerning features of the contract. Speaker told about ways of guaranteeing fulfilment of agreement and obligations of the parties.
