A Legal School, organized by EBA Southern Ukrainian Office in partnership with Arzinger, was launched in Odesa. Participants of the School are employees of EBA member-companies who deal with different legal aspects of doing business at their work, but have non-juridical education. Participants will get acquainted with key areas of law with an emphasis on practical issues.<\/p>\n

Topic of the first School lesson, which was held on July 25, 2017, was new legal realties of doing business in Ukraine. Speaker was Andriy Selyutin, Head of the School, Head of EBA Odesa Legal Committee, Head of Arzinger South Ukrainian Branch. Participants discussed legal framework and consequences of Revolution of dignity in commercial refraction; main tendencies of law-making and law-enforcement in the sphere of regulation of the economy; key reforms and their impact on business environment: fight against corruption, electronic services, simplification and deregulation; relationship between government and business.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
