Deoffshorization, BEPS – these global concepts have firmly entered into the everyday lexicon of Ukrainian business and government. Over the past year many initiatives were proposed and there were adopted legislative changes on the BEPS project and the related process that received an informal name “deoffshorization.” These changes actively occur at a global level, and now it is subject to Ukraine. That is why, on March 17, 2017 topic of a regular EBA Odesa Business Breakfast with Arzinger was impact of the proposed and already implemented legislative changes in the field deoffshorization on specific structures that are most commonly used by Ukrainian business abroad.<\/p>\n
Speakers – representatives of Arzinger – Partner and Attorney Pavlo Khodakovsky and Tax Attorney Denys Syiushov, highlighted preconditions, causes, nature and consequences of the BEPS project for Ukraine.
