Leading lawyers of GOLAW company Maxim Lebedev and Irina Kalnitska became the meeting experts.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers described the current state of the legislation on deoffshorization in Ukraine, noticed that 4th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD) and Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters will assist in elimination of the existing structures of the assets owners concealment.
