One enterprise may receive compensation under up to three loan agreements, with the maximum compensation amounting to <strong>UAH 45,000 per month per loan agreement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The programme is available to enterprises operating in Odesa Region that are not undergoing bankruptcy proceedings and have no outstanding debts. The application package includes, in particular, an application, a copy of the company&#8217;s charter, the loan agreement, and certificates confirming the absence of tax and credit arrears.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Yuliia Kyslytsia, <strong>28 agreements<\/strong> have already been concluded under the programme, with two enterprises taking advantage of the opportunity to conclude three agreements each.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special attention during the meeting was also given to the instruments offered by the <strong>Decarbonisation Fund of Ukraine<\/strong>. <strong>Svitlana Pysmak, Head of the Investment Support and Partner Relations Department at JSC \u201cDecarbonisation Fund of Ukraine,\u201d<\/strong> presented financing opportunities for projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption in businesses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Oleksandr Boichenko, Head of SME Sales at the Southern Directorate of JSC \u201cUkrgasbank,\u201d<\/strong> presented available banking instruments for financing energy efficiency projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants had the opportunity to learn more about financing options for enterprises implementing projects related to energy independence and the modernisation of energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The practical part of the meeting was presented by <strong>Andrii Lavrinov, Co-Founder of LK Energy Group<\/strong>, who shared the company&#8217;s experience in implementing a solar power plant project at a manufacturing enterprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This experience allowed participants to consider energy independence not only from the perspective of available financing, but also through the practical implementation of on-site generation at an enterprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The meeting provided a platform for direct dialogue between businesses, government representatives, and the financial sector on instruments that enterprises can use to strengthen their energy resilience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The EBA Southern Ukrainian Office thanks the speakers, partners, and participants for the substantive discussion and will continue to facilitate the exchange of practical solutions to support businesses amid ongoing energy challenges.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 29 September, the Southern Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association joined the online meeting \u201cFinancial Instruments for Enhancing Business Energy Independence\u201d, organized by the Regional Council of Entrepreneurs in Odesa Region with the support of the Department of Economy of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
