The European Business Association has joined a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine, bringing together the Government, business and international partners around practical solutions for the Ukrainian labour market.<\/p>\n
The Charter covers skills development, the return of female and male veterans to work, employment of internally displaced people, inclusion and flexible workforce management. The initiative aims to help employers engage people who are already in Ukraine but may require reskilling, workplace adaptation or other forms of support.<\/p>\n
EBA member companies that join the Charter will be able to participate in practical initiatives, exchange experience, access recommendations and best practices, and contribute to the development and testing of new labour market solutions.<\/p>\n
EBA\u2019s participation strengthens cooperation between the Government and business and opens up new opportunities for joint solutions in the field of employment.<\/p>\n
