A meeting of the European Business Association\u2019s Retail Committee was held to discuss current issues and challenges facing retailers.<\/p>\n

Key topics included commissioning of warehouse facilities where protective structures are being constructed in stages, business support under current conditions, logistics, product labelling, and submitting claims to the international Register of Damage.<\/p>\n

Particular attention was paid to legislative initiatives relevant to the industry, including the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the Licensing Conditions for Conducting Economic Activities Related to the Production of Medicinal Products, Wholesale and Retail Trade in Medicinal Products, and Import of Medicinal Products (except for active pharmaceutical ingredients)\u201d and Draft Law No. 15058-d \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Improve State Regulation in the Agri-Food Sector\u201d.<\/p>\n

Participants also discussed other issues related to the current conditions and challenges of doing business.<\/p>\n
