To date, 30 Bank branches have become inclusively accessible, equipped to conveniently serve people with disabilities and other groups with reduced mobility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During 2024 through August 2026, the Bank carried out a comprehensive range of accessibility improvements at its branches. These included upgrading entrance areas with wider doorways, installing staff call buttons, ramps or lifting platforms, tactile information signs with Braille that display branch names and opening hours, as well as tactile indicators and other navigation elements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>&#8220;We are consistently working to ensure that every client feels comfortable and can access banking services in our branches without barriers. The development of an inclusive environment is an important component of OTP BANK\u2019s customer-centric strategy.
