The project reached a key milestone at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Gda\u0144sk in June 2026, with the execution of the Common Terms Agreement following extensive multi\u2011party negotiations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This milestone reflects the outcome of a complex and intensive process involving a broad international stakeholder group. The transaction brings together a strong consortium of international financial institutions and stakeholders, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Swedfund, Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries (BIO) and others. The project is the first under the IFC-EBRD Mutual Reliance Framework.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IMPACTA LAW acted as Ukrainian law counsel to NOTUS energy throughout the transaction. Our team worked in close coordination with international counsel and financing parties to ensure alignment across jurisdictions.
