The discussion focused on support measures for businesses affected by Russian attacks. The Association had <a href=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/en\/eba-zaklykaye-derzhavu-pidtrymaty-biznes-cherez-posylennya-atak-voroga\/\">previously addressed<\/a> the Government and relevant authorities with a package of proposals to support businesses that had suffered losses as a result of the attacks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"592\">The STS presented a comprehensive package of support measures, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"1757\">\n<li data-section-id=\"nd8pos\" data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"886\">Clear identification of affected businesses in STS systems: a designation of \u201cbusiness entity affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation\u201d will be introduced in the STS information systems and registers to prevent unjustified requirements being imposed on such companies.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19u7j4q\" data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"1098\">Taking the impact of attacks into account when assessing tax risks: tax control will focus only on areas where genuine risks are identified, with no unjustified requirements imposed on affected businesses.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1qz20m1\" data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1604\">Reducing administrative and paper-based burdens: interaction with affected companies will take place exclusively through the electronic taxpayer account. Companies will not be required to resubmit documents already available in STS information systems or obtainable through inter-agency data exchange. The STS will provide maximum support to businesses affected by Russian aggression that have lost their primary documents. Tax audits may also be suspended while businesses restore their operations.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tos7m6\" data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1757\">Dedicated support for affected companies: experts from the STS Tax Consultants\u2019 Offices will provide individual assistance to affected businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1962\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The business community thanks Lesia Karnaukh and the STS team for taking the Association\u2019s proposals into account.
