It will also be useful for businesses wishing to prepare in advance for possible war-related risks.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Recommends_for_business_2025_3.0.pdf\">DOWNLOAD THE DOCUMENT<\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The step-by-step plan covers the main legal, financial, tax, labour and operational issues that a business may face after an incident. In particular, it addresses obtaining victim status, assessing and documenting losses, liaising with insurers, using state support programmes, restoring financing, and ensuring business continuity.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The third edition of the document has been substantially updated and expanded to reflect legislative changes and new support mechanisms, current as of August 2026.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Among the key innovations in Step-by-Step Plan 3.0:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>a practical section has been added on the Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) and the categories of claims open to business;<\/li>\n<li>information has been included on the &#8220;Point of Resilience&#8221; programme and recovery loans under the &#8220;Affordable Loans 5-7-9%&#8221; programme, worth up to UAH 150 million;<\/li>\n<li>a separate section has been added on loan restructuring in accordance with new NBU (National Bank of Ukraine) decisions;<\/li>\n<li>the compensation mechanism via the Export Credit Agency has been updated, including the procedure for submitting applications, confirming losses, and the deadlines for applying for compensation of insurance premiums;<\/li>\n<li>for the first time, a matrix combining eight mechanisms for recording, compensating and financing losses has been prepared. It helps clarify which tools can be used in parallel and what limitations apply;<\/li>\n<li>a summary table of key deadlines has been integrated to help businesses track critical due dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Step-by-Step Plan 3.0 is a practical navigator for business, both at the stage of preparing for possible risks and after property damage has occurred \u2014 from the first steps in recording losses to using the available mechanisms for compensation, support and recovery.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As a reminder, the <a href=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/en\/putivnyk-dlya-biznesu-diyi-u-razi-poshkodzhennya-majna-vnaslidok-vijny\/\">first edition<\/a> of the document was prepared at the end of 2025, and in spring 2026 the Association presented its expanded version \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/en\/asotsiatsiya-prezentuvala-onovlenyj-pokrokovyj-plan-dlya-biznesu-v-umovah-voyennyh-ryzykiv\/\">Step-by-Step Plan 2.0<\/a>.
