\n\ud83d\udcc5 how to plan your day, week, month, and year;
\n\u26a1 how to stay focused while balancing multiple priorities and constant change.<\/p>\n
One of the highlights was hearing different leadership perspectives from Mariyana Lutsyshyn, Taras Yurynets, Oleksii Ohurtsov,<\/strong> and Anton Podilchak<\/strong>. Although they represent different industries and professional backgrounds, they all share a systematic approach to leadership and a strong results-oriented mindset.<\/p>\nThe biggest takeaway from the meeting was simple: a great leader is not the one who works the hardest, but the one who builds a system that continues to work effectively even without their constant involvement.<\/p>\n
