In times of uncertainty, the key leadership skill is not prediction. It is the ability to work with the future.<\/p>\n
This idea became the starting point of the first meeting of the LeaderMind Committee, at the Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association.<\/p>\n
The session gathered business owners and senior executives for a discussion on how leaders make strategic decisions when the future is inherently uncertain.<\/p>\n
The discussion was led by Oleksii Ogurtsov<\/strong>, Co-Founder of the Expert Hospital Network and Chair of the Committee.<\/p>\n Instead of focusing on forecasts, the conversation explored how modern companies increasingly rely on scenario thinking, strategic flexibility and long-term vision.<\/p>\n Among the key themes discussed:<\/p>\n One of the central reflections of the meeting:<\/p>\n Strategy today is not a fixed plan. It is a pathway between possible futures.<\/p>\n The discussion continued during a guided visit to the exhibition \u201cHe: Taras Shevchenko.
