The Order approves 42 templates and descriptions of documents commonly used in the management and document workflow processes of legal entities. A significant number of the approved templates relate to HR administration and the documentation of employment relationships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In more detail\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>1. The Order approves templates for key HR and corporate governance documents, including:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>an organizational structure of a legal entity;<\/li>\n<li>regulations on structural units;<\/li>\n<li>Internal Regulations (Employee Manual);<\/li>\n<li>a staff schedule;<\/li>\n<li>job descriptions and work instructions;<\/li>\n<li>a collective bargaining agreement;<\/li>\n<li>a vacation schedule;<\/li>\n<li>orders relating to various employment matters; and<\/li>\n<li>other documents required for the normal operation of a business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>2. Notably, the standardized collective bargaining agreement template includes not only traditional provisions relating to work organization, remuneration, working and rest time, and occupational health and safety, but also provisions addressing:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>non-discrimination,<\/li>\n<li>inclusiveness,<\/li>\n<li>the prevention of and protection against workplace harassment (bullying), and<\/li>\n<li>psychosocial support for employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>3. The Order also approves templates for orders on the most common personnel management matters, including:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>hiring;<\/li>\n<li>transfers and reassignments;<\/li>\n<li>termination of employment;<\/li>\n<li>granting leave;<\/li>\n<li>business trips;<\/li>\n<li>disciplinary reprimands;<\/li>\n<li>performance appraisals;<\/li>\n<li>incentives, including awards and bonuses; and<\/li>\n<li>salary supplements and allowances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>4. In addition, the Order approves templates for a range of supporting HR documents, including employee requests and applications, vacation schedules, memoranda, reports, explanatory notes, references, biographies and nominations.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>5. Each template is accompanied by a description outlining the document&#8217;s structure, required details, and procedures for execution, approval, registration and employee acknowledgment.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Additional information<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The Order does not impose new obligations on employers, and the approved templates are advisory rather than mandatory.
