It should also send an important signal to Ukrainian and international investors regarding the openness of the Ukrainian market and the effectiveness of the legal mechanisms protecting creditors\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe Gulliver case is significant far beyond the banking sector. For us, it is first and foremost an investment story. Oschadbank is one of the largest financial partners of Ukrainian businesses in implementing investment projects. We are therefore interested in ensuring that high-quality assets of this kind are placed in the hands of capable owners and continue to develop.
