Anton Sintsov presented \u201cDefence Industry Roadmap: a Guide for Foreign Companies in Ukraine,\u201d which they authored for the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion.<\/p>\n<p>The guide is designed to help foreign companies navigate Ukraine\u2019s legal and regulatory framework, reduce uncertainty, and make informed decisions regarding market entry and investment in the defence sector.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation took place during a meeting organised by the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion, bringing together representatives of embassies of Ukraine\u2019s partner countries, as well as Ukrainian and international experts in the defence-industrial sector. The event served as a platform to discuss the development of military-technical cooperation as a key driver of Ukraine\u2019s defence capabilities and the growth of its defence industry.<\/p>\n<p>During the discussion, participants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>examined key Ukrainian innovations in the defence sector and priority areas for international cooperation<\/li>\n<li>discussed practical mechanisms to accelerate collaboration with international partners<\/li>\n<li>shared recommendations for foreign companies already operating in or considering entry into the Ukrainian defence market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The \u201cDefence Industry Roadmap: A Guide for Foreign Companies in Ukraine\u201d systematises the core legal and regulatory aspects of entering Ukraine\u2019s defence industry and aims to foster international partnerships, attract investment, and support the implementation of joint projects.<\/p>\n<p>The guide is available via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asterslaw.com\/content\/uploads\/Defence-Industry-Roadmap-ENG.pdf\">the link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Asters is the largest full-service law firm in Ukraine with offices in Kyiv, London and Washington, D.C.
