In 2025, the Supreme Court set aside the decisions of the lower courts and remitted the case for a new trial. During the renewed proceedings, the Gestors team once again successfully substantiated the client&#8217;s legal position.<\/p>\n<p>On 11 February 2026, the Kyiv District Administrative Court fully upheld the client&#8217;s claim.
