CEE Legal Matters has awarded Sayenko Kharenko the CEE Deal of the Year for advising on the listing of Kyivstar Group on NASDAQ \u2013 widely regarded as one of the most significant capital markets transactions in Ukraine\u2019s modern corporate history.<\/p>\n

The deal brought Ukraine\u2019s leading telecommunications and digital services provider to the world\u2019s premier technology exchange. Sayenko Kharenko acted as sole Ukrainian legal advisor to Kyivstar Group, providing full Ukrainian law support throughout one of the most complex cross-border capital markets transactions involving Ukraine to date.<\/p>\n

The transaction established an entirely new benchmark for Ukrainian participation in international capital markets.<\/p>\n
