ADVANQ&#8217;s lawyers successfully resolved all disputed issues with the injured party. As a result, the injured party withdrew the private prosecution, and the court closed the criminal proceedings against the company&#8217;s director during the first preparatory court hearing. The court decision has entered into legal force.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to the properly selected defense strategy, the legal team managed to mitigate, within a short timeframe, the risks of criminal liability, substantial financial penalties, compensation claims, and other related expenses.
