Ukrainian warehouse developer WINHUB and White Star Real Estate, a leading real estate developer and operator in Central and Eastern Europe, have joined forces to build a class \u201cA\u201d industrial and logistics park in the village of Mriya, Kyiv region.<\/p>\n
The project, which will cover an area of \u200b\u200bapproximately 90,000 square meters and involve a total investment of approximately $80 million, will be implemented in five phases on an 18-hectare site. The first phase of the project will include the construction of approximately 20,000 square meters of warehouse space and is currently scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n
The complex is strategically located 7 km from Kyiv, along the E40 Kyiv-Zhytomyr highway, providing direct access to key transport corridors connecting Kyiv with Western Ukraine and the European Union. It is expected that international financial institutions and contractors will join the project.<\/p>\n
