The European Business Association welcomes the adoption of the draft law on the implementation of the international automatic exchange of information on income earned through digital platforms.<\/p>\n

The Association is grateful that the business community\u2019s proposals were taken into account, particularly the exclusion of small-scale transactions involving second-hand goods from the scope of the new rules.<\/p>\n

In the business community\u2019s view, the new provisions will help create a level playing field for all market participants, harmonise Ukrainian legislation with international standards and EU regulation, and fulfil Ukraine\u2019s commitments to the IMF.<\/p>\n
