As a sign of deep respect and gratitude, OTP BANK is organizing training sessions for female service members, where they can gain the knowledge and practical skills necessary for financial resilience and confidence in their future,\u201d<\/em> said <strong>Lesia Syrota, Director of Retail Sales and Network Management Department at OTP BANK and team leader of the charitable initiative <a href=\"https:\/\/helps-ukraine.otpbank.com.ua\/ua\/\">OTP Bank Helps Ukraine<\/a><\/strong>, during the opening of the training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the session, <strong>Yelena Miller-Akhmedova<\/strong>, Head of Premium Banking, introduced participants to the financial instruments currently available in Ukraine for wealth accumulation, outlining their advantages and potential pitfalls. She also shared practical tips on how to turn saving money into a sustainable habit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tetiana Ivanova<\/strong>, Lead Specialist in Payment Fraud Prevention, spoke about common fraud schemes, ways to avoid becoming a victim of scammers, and effective methods of protecting personal funds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, <strong>Alina Toropova<\/strong>, Head of Learning and Development for the branch network and certified business trainer, presented the key principles of successful time management and shared practical life hacks, planning tools, and techniques for organizing personal time effectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a reminder, OTP BANK joined the \u201cModern Power of Women\u201d project through its charitable programme OTP Bank Helps Ukraine in partnership with the Development Platform NGO.
