The consent of the employer or the issuance by the employer of a termination order is not required to complete the termination.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The employer is required to pay all amounts due to the employee and to return the employee\u2019s labor book on the next business day following the employee\u2019s written request, upon cessation of active hostilities, the de\u2011occupation of the relevant territory, or the employer\u2019s re\u2011registration in another region of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that the Resolution will enter into force on 7 July 2026, i.e., three months following the date of its official publication.
