Attention was also given to Directive 2025\/1892 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 10 September 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"908\">Representatives of UFBF also presented a draft law on food banks. It was agreed that the Association\u2019s experts will contribute to the analysis of this document.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"992\">The discussion also covered legislative initiatives in the food sector, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1435\">\n<li data-section-id=\"19ulw5u\" data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1295\">the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn approval of the Procedure for state registration of sanitary measures facilities, as well as requirements for the form and content of documents\u201d (concerning the issuance of permits for food additives, food enzymes and food flavourings);<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lmptu6\" data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1435\">the draft order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine \u201cOn approval of criteria for classifying drinking water as \u2018natural mineral water\u2019\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1598\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">In addition, participants addressed issues related to materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, as well as the eFood project, among others.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A meeting of the Food Committee of the European Business Association was held with Alyona Hrebenchukova, Development Director of the Ukrainian Food Banks Federation (UFBF) and an expert at UFBF Andrii Tupchii, as well as a representative of the European Food Banks Federation \u2014 Sofiia Vara.
