The acquisition aligns with PZU Group\u2019s strategy of building its position as a leader in the insurance and financial market in Central and Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The investment is covered by insurance provided by Export Credit Insurance Corporation (KUKE), which protects against the negative effects of any deterioration in the war or political situation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The completion of the transaction is subject to obtaining customary regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentons\u2019 cross-border team advising PZU was led by Poland Managing Partners\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dentons.com\/en\/jakub-celinski\"><strong>Jakub Celi\u0144ski<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dentons.com\/en\/pawel-grabowski\"><strong>Pawe\u0142 Grabowski<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and included associate\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dentons.com\/en\/marcin-urbanski\"><strong>Marcin Urba\u0144ski<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and senior associate\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dentons.com\/en\/paulina-galewska\"><strong>Paulina Galewska<\/strong><\/a>.
