The Industrial Ecology and Sustainable Development Committee<\/a> (hereinafter \u2013 the Committee) of the European Business Association (hereinafter \u2013 the Association) announces a call for a contractor to implement a project on studying European experience and Ukraine\u2019s prospects for introducing a greenhouse gas emissions trading system (hereinafter \u2013 the Project).<\/p>\n

I. What do we need?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The objective of the Project is to develop ideas and recommendations for the introduction of a greenhouse gas emissions trading system in Ukraine that would align with the country\u2019s European integration course while taking into account the current conditions in which the Ukrainian economy operates.<\/p>\n

II. Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A company capable of preparing a comprehensive document based on close and ongoing cooperation with participating companies of the Project, taking into account best European practices and in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

III. What are the requirements for the contractor?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Proven experience in developing analytical materials in the fields of industrial decarbonisation, climate policy, and carbon pricing<\/li>\n
  2. At least 6 years of experience in consulting<\/li>\n
  3. Ability to meet established deadlines<\/li>\n
  4. Capacity to deliver the Project in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Annex 1 to this Announcement<\/a>) and within the specified timeframe<\/li>\n
  5. High quality of services and client support<\/li>\n
  6. The company must not be in the process of liquidation and\/or bankruptcy<\/li>\n
  7. Previous experience of cooperation with international companies and organisations will be considered an advantag\u0435<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What should the application include?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The application may be submitted in a free format but must include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Company background and track record in the Ukrainian market<\/li>\n
    2. Key achievements in the implementation of research projects<\/li>\n
    3. A financial proposal for the provision of services, in accordance with the template (Annex 2 to this Announcement<\/a>)<\/li>\n
    4. Any additional options the company can offer to the Committee, along with terms of delivery<\/li>\n
    5. Any other information that may be of interest to the Committee<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Proposals will be evaluated by the Association together with the companies participating in the Project.<\/p>\n

      A contract will be awarded to the applicant whose proposal meets the requirements set out in this Announcement and Annex 1<\/a>, and whose financial offer is the most competitive.<\/p>\n
