The Association consistently supports measures taken by state authorities to ensure fair competition and proper business conditions. At the same time, it expresses serious concern about the potential risks to the continuity of the supply of medicinal products.<\/p>\n
Given the significant market share held by these companies in the distribution sector, their simultaneous restriction may lead to substantial disruptions in supply chains even in the short term. The redistribution of volumes among other market participants will take time, creating real risks of shortages of both imported and domestically produced medicines.<\/p>\n
This could directly affect patients\u2019 access to treatment and, consequently, pose risks to public health and safety.<\/p>\n
The Association calls for a \u043c\u0430\u043a\u0441\u0438\u043c\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u043e balanced and well-considered approach in making further decisions, taking into account the critical importance of ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of the pharmaceutical supply system.<\/p>\n
