\ud83c\udfa8 On April 17, the European Business Association held a meeting with Olesia Ostrovska-Liuta, Director General of Mystetskyi Arsenal, as part of the ArtTalks series.<\/p>\n

During the discussion, we explored the development context of Ukraine\u2019s artistic and literary community from the time of independence to the present day. Among the key challenges highlighted were limited funding, institutional fragility, a significant talent shortage, and insufficient prioritization of the cultural sector\u2019s needs \u2014 all of which create a complex environment for the growth of the arts. Nevertheless, Ukrainian culture continues to evolve even in times of war, notably with the support of the business community.<\/p>\n

The conversation also focused on potential support measures and why investment in culture and the arts is essential for Ukraine\u2019s future economic recovery and security.<\/p>\n

ArtTalks within the European Business Association is an informal platform for dialogue with representatives of the artistic and cultural community.<\/p>\n
