On 16 April, representatives of the grain market gathered on the platform of the Ministry of Economy to discuss the key challenges facing the sector. Particular attention was given to the development of a comprehensive grain traceability system in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Experts from the Association\u2019s Grain and Oilseed Committee presented proposals aimed at improving the electronic warehouse receipt system. In particular, these include further development of the grain warehouse documents register and the upgrade of its software.<\/p>\n

These steps are expected to help minimise the risks of abuse. They will also contribute to strengthening trust among market participants. In addition, they will ensure an appropriate level of protection of grain owners\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n
