A further 25% reported a slight impact, while only 9% stated that they have not yet felt the effects of rising fuel prices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"856\">Companies most frequently report increased logistics and transportation costs, with 76% of respondents highlighting this issue. Another 45% indicated a rise in the cost of goods or services, while 30% noted that they are revising budgets or operational plans.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"957\">According to business estimates, expense increases due to changes in the fuel market are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"1080\">\n<li data-section-id=\"n2b3vi\" data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"1012\">21% of companies reported an increase of up to 5%;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2uz82l\" data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1032\">24% \u2014 by 5\u201310%;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1reucrt\" data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1053\">27% \u2014 by 10\u201320%;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1i0bvll\" data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1080\">4% \u2014 by more than 20%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1214\">At the same time, 24% of respondents either believe it is too early to assess the impact or have not yet experienced cost increases.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1473\">Amid the current fuel market situation, 20% of surveyed companies have already adjusted prices for their goods or services, while a further 37% are considering doing so. At the same time, 40% are not planning price revisions for now, and 3% remain undecided.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1627\">However, 48% of companies will only be able to maintain current prices without passing additional costs on to consumers for no longer than 1\u20132 months:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1680\">\n<li data-section-id=\"8hwcdp\" data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1658\">23% \u2014 less than one month;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pfd477\" data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1680\">25% \u2014 1\u20132 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1882\">Another 25% state that they will be able to maintain current price levels for 3\u20136 months, and only 10% \u2014 for more than 6 months. For 17% of respondents, it is still difficult to assess this timeframe.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1884\" data-end=\"2230\">At present, however, businesses continue to demonstrate operational resilience. 53% of companies reported that the fuel market situation has not yet led to disruptions or operational difficulties. A further 25% experienced minor challenges, and only 8% reported significant operational issues. For 14%, it is still too early to assess the impact.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2557\">Among the key expectations from the government in this context are more flexible tax and excise policies, including temporary measures during periods of sharp price fluctuations; ensuring transparency and predictability in the fuel market; and support for critical sectors where fuel constitutes a significant share of costs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2559\" data-end=\"2865\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><em>For reference:<\/em><br data-start=\"2574\" data-end=\"2577\" \/><br \/>\n<em>The survey was conducted from 17 to 23 March 2026 and involved 107 executives of member companies of the European Business Association.
