The development of the service is carried out within Digitalisation for Growth, Integrity and Transparency Project (UK DIGIT), implemented by Eurasia Foundation and funded by UK Dev, and the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation. East Europe Foundation is UK DIGIT\u2019s partner for the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The International Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) is the result of international efforts aimed at holding Russia accountable for its aggression, and is the first step towards creating a compensation mechanism that Ukraine is working on together with its partners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">44 states and the European Union have joined the Register.
