This decision forms part of the Company\u2019s long-term development strategy and provides for a phased transfer of authority while ensuring continuity of key processes and effective governance.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">As part of these changes, Serhii Maistrenko, Oleksandr Plutaiev, and Oleksii Zosimov have joined the Board of JSIC \u201cINGO.\u201d These executives bring extensive professional experience in the insurance and financial sectors and possess in-depth knowledge of both the market environment and the Company\u2019s operational specifics. At the same time, Viktor Shevchenko, Oleksandr Matsak, and Lyudmila Kolisetska, who have served on the Board for many years, will continue their work within the Company in other capacities. They remain actively involved in ongoing operations and continue to provide valuable expertise and institutional support for the team and the Company\u2019s further development.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The renewal of INGO\u2019s Board has been carried out in compliance with current regulatory requirements and in coordination with the National Bank of Ukraine. All personnel decisions were made following receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, which constitute an integral component of the Company\u2019s planned governance cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201c<i>We are consistently updating INGO\u2019s development model, maintaining a balance between stability and forward momentum. Ensuring continuity, knowledge transfer, and clear allocation of responsibility across key business areas is essential for us. This approach enables the Company to remain effective and predictable in the face of market changes<\/i>,\u201d said <b>Andrii Semchenko, CEO of INGO Insurance Company.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Serhii Maistrenko has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance sector and is a recognized expert in the development of health insurance and personal accident insurance, as well as in building customer-centric service models. During his tenure at INGO, he has participated in the transformation of business lines, optimization of service processes, and implementation of digital solutions, including the development of partner programs for corporate clients and modern formats of cooperation with medical institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Oleksandr Plutaiev has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in underwriting, risk management, and insurance product development. Over his nine years with INGO, he has contributed to the establishment of the Company\u2019s underwriting system, management of the insurance portfolio, launch of new products and reinsurance programs, and cooperation with brokers and international reinsurers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Oleksii Zosimov brings extensive experience in the financial sector. Throughout his professional career, he has held positions in banking and financial institutions, where he was responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, resource management, and ensuring business stability.
