Educational Online Platform. It explores Odesa\u2019s new cultural development strategy, the city\u2019s historical and cultural heritage, and the deconstruction of myths and historical stereotypes associated with Odesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In \u201cOdesa\u2019s Cultural Development Strategy,\u201d participants will learn what Odesa residents consider their city\u2019s cultural heritage, what heritage preservation means from a legal perspective, how people perceive advertising messages, the unique phenomenon of Odesa\u2019s intangible cultural heritage (Odesa cuisine) and the key directions, programs, and initiatives of the new Cultural Development Strategy for 2025\u20132035.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The course includes 16 lectures and focuses on both the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of Odesa, the deconstruction of myths and stereotypes linked to the city, and the development of a new cultural strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Course contributors include leading experts and researchers in cultural heritage:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Oksana Dovgopolova<\/strong> \u2013 Doctor of Philosophy, curator of the memory culture platform Past \/ Future \/ Art<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Oleksandr Babich<\/strong> \u2013 historian, writer, archivist, head of the NGO \u201cSociety and Historical Heritage\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Mykola Chepelev<\/strong> \u2013 architect, co-founder of the NGO \u201cAssociation of Odesa Architects\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Oleksandr Levytskyi<\/strong> \u2013 designer, author of the Guide to Creating Beautiful Odesa Signboards<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dmytro Sikorskyi<\/strong> \u2013 restaurateur, designer, researcher of gastronomic heritage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Maiia Dimerli<\/strong> \u2013 head of the UNESCO \u201cOdesa \u2013 City of Literature\u201d office, writer, co-organizer of the literary flashmob \u201cOdesa Reads. Bleschunov and the NGO Urban Re-Public, commissioned by the Department of Culture, International Cooperation, and European Integration of the Odesa City Council, in partnership with the NGO Pixelated Realities.
