Eligible applicants include legal entities classified as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that meet the programme\u2019s criteria. The difference between the zero interest rate for businesses and the market rate will be compensated by the state through the Entrepreneurship Development Fund.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Terms and conditions. <\/strong>Loans are available for up to three years and in an amount of up to UAH 10 million for the purchase and connection of energy equipment.
