The recognition highlights the firm\u2019s ability to structure and execute Ukraine\u2019s most complex, high-stakes business transactions.<\/p>\n<p>The shortlisted deals span capital markets innovation, sovereign financing, and strategic M&amp;A \u2013 each demonstrating how sophisticated legal counsel unlocks opportunity in challenging environments:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sk.ua\/first-ukrainian-company-on-nasdaq-sayenko-kharenko-advises-on-landmark-kyivstar-listing\/\"><strong>Ukraine\u2019s First NASDAQ Listing: Kyivstar Group<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sayenko Kharenko served as sole Ukrainian legal advisor on Kyivstar\u2019s groundbreaking NASDAQ listing through a SPAC business combination \u2013 the first transaction of its kind for any Ukrainian company. The deal brought Ukraine\u2019s leading telecommunications and digital services provider to the world\u2019s premier technology exchange.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sk.ua\/sayenko-kharenko-advises-canada-on-the-cad-5-billion-loan-to-ukraine\/\"><strong>CAD 5 billion G7 ERA Loan to Ukraine<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As Ukrainian legal counsel to the Government of Canada, Sayenko Kharenko helped structure a CAD 5 billion, 30-year loan under the G7 Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration (ERA) initiative. The innovative financing uses future revenues from immobilised russian sovereign assets for repayment \u2013 part of approximately USD 50 billion in G7 support for Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sk.ua\/sayenko-kharenko-advises-kyivstar-on-acquisition-of-uklon\/\"><strong>Kyivstar\u2019s Acquisition of Uklon<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sayenko Kharenko advised Ukraine\u2019s largest digital operator on the acquisition of a 97% stake in Uklon, one of the country\u2019s leading ride-hailing platforms.
