\"\"Member companies of the Subsoil Use Committee of the European Business Association discussed with the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine the technical issues related to submitting annual reports for 2025 under Forms No. 5-GR and No. 6-GR via the Subsoil User\u2019s Electronic Cabinet.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, business representatives highlighted technical errors preventing the completion of the reporting forms, as well as the systemic unavailability of the electronic resource. As a result, there is a risk of widespread failure to meet the statutory deadline for submitting annual reports for 2025 due to reasons beyond the control of subsoil users.<\/p>\n

Following the meeting, it was agreed that representatives of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil would introduce changes to the functionality of the Subsoil User\u2019s Cabinet to simplify the reporting process by enabling the upload of pre-completed reporting forms.<\/p>\n

The Association expresses its gratitude to the State Service of Geology and Subsoil for its willingness to address this issue and calls for the prompt introduction of a simplified procedure for submitting 2025 reports under Forms No. 5-GR and No. 6-GR, as well as for the publication of an official clarification regarding this possibility.<\/p>\n
