She also advises on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance and internal investigations issues.<\/p>\n<p>Since joining Asters in 2011, she has gained experience in licensing and assignment matters, including complex transactions involving IP rights, representation before the Ukrainian IP Office and customs authorities, and in trademark and patent disputes.<\/p>\n<p>Olena has acted in a number of high-profile matters for leading domestic and foreign companies operating in Ukraine across multiple industries, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals and healthcare, alongside agriculture, banking, communications and media, defence, and IT.<\/p>\n<div class=\"quote\"><strong>Julia Semeniy, Partner and Head of Intellectual Property at Asters<\/strong>, commented: <em>&#8220;Olena is a highly respected member of our IP<\/em> <em>and data protection team and a trusted adviser to many of our key clients.
