On the balance of the Odesa branch of SE “USPA” there is Odesa Passenger Terminal, which is located in the historic center of Odesa, near the most important monuments of the city \u2013 Potemkin Stairs and Deribasovskaya Street, Duke De Richelieu Monument and the Opera and Ballet Theatre.<\/p>\n
During the existence of the Passenger Terminal, the number of ship calls has reached 170-200 vessels per year. But due to the political situation which occurred in the country, the number of ship calls dropped rapidly in 2013-2015 years, and, unfortunately, the Passenger Terminal does not operate to the fullest. However, there are non-core assets for the SE “USPA” in the list of objects of the Passenger Terminal (concert hall, restaurant etc), which means that the Passenger Terminal can be considered as a tourist center for the residents and guests of the city.<\/p>\n
