Among the leaders shaping the future of digital public services worldwide is <strong>Olena Sayenko<\/strong> \u2014 head of Swiss\u2013Ukrainian EGAP program implemented by East Europe Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/govinsider.asia\/intl-en\/article\/meet-the-women-in-govtech-2025\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Women in GovTech 2025 report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> highlights women who play a key role in advancing GovTech, digital transformation, and public services. This year, it includes 104 innovators from 30 countries, setting a record for the initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to Olena Sayenko, other representatives of Ukraine in the GovInsider report are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Halyna Pustova<\/strong> \u2014 former head of CDTO Campus, member of the CDTO Campus Advisory Board;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Kateryna Chernohorenko<\/strong> \u2014 former Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for digital development, transformation, and digitalization;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Kateryna Podust<\/strong> \u2014 head of the e-residency expert group, Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Zoya Lytvyn<\/strong> \u2014 head of Global Government Technology Centre Kyiv.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The presence of Ukrainian women in the report is a recognition of Ukraine\u2019s contribution to the global GovTech ecosystem and confirms that, even amid full-scale war, Ukraine remains an active player in the field of digital transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Women in GovTech is not a ranking in the classical sense. It is an analytical report and a collection of impact stories showing how leaders from different countries are reshaping approaches to public administration. This year\u2019s theme is \u201cHow inclusive tech builds trust for all.\u201d As part of Women in GovTech 2025, GovInsider publishes interviews with each nominee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBefore you look for a solution, start by understanding the problem.
