On October 22, an extended meeting of the\u00a0<\/span>Customs and Manufacturing Committees<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>of the Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association took place, focusing on the practical aspects of market surveillance of non food products and the resumption of inspections by the State Labour Service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The event brought together business representatives seeking to prepare in advance for updated control procedures and to mitigate risks in interactions with public authorities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\ud83d\udd39 The expert speaker of the meeting was\u00a0<\/span>Ihor Sokolovskyi<\/strong>, Head of the Customs Committee of the Western Ukrainian Office of the EBA, Partner at Advice Group, and Attorney at Law. During the discussion, he provided a detailed explanation of:
\n\u2013 which product categories are subject to inspections and the criteria used to define them;
\n\u2013 how businesses can effectively prepare for inspections;
\n\u2013 the rights and obligations of companies during control measures;
\n\u2013 how to avoid common mistakes and act in cases of fines or appeals against inspection results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
