set priorities for 2026, and announced the results of the elections for the Committee co-chairs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"530\"><strong data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"528\">For 2026, the Committee\u2019s co-chairs<\/strong> were elected as<strong data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"528\">: <\/strong>Artem Freyuk (Kyivstar), Felix Zinchenko (DTEK), Andriy Pidhainyi (Arzinger)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"704\"><strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"654\">Key Results of 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"704\">Among the Committee\u2019s main achievements were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"704\">Launch of the <strong>EBA Lobbying Talks<\/strong> format (5 meetings in 2025);<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"704\">Signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"704\">Organisation of the <strong>EBA Lobbying and Transparency Gathering<\/strong> event;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"704\">Active engagement with government authorities \u2014 40 meetings in various formats, including with the NACP and the relevant Verkhovna Rada Committee;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"704\">Support to the NACP in clarifying practical aspects of working with the Transparency Register.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1271\"><strong data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1229\">Plans for 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1271\">In 2026, the Committee will focus on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1271\">Surveying businesses regarding registration in the Transparency Register;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1271\">Preparing and promoting amendments to the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Lobbying\u201d (draft registration planned for February 2026);<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1271\">Developing clarifications on the application of lobbying legislation jointly with the NACP;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1271\">Expanding the <strong>Lobbying Talks<\/strong> format and broadening Committee membership;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1271\">Analysing public consultation legislation and initiating amendments to the lobbying activity classification (NACE 70.20).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1918\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The Committee on Lobbying continues to work on developing transparent mechanisms for interaction between business
