In particular, the material covers the following sections:<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">National legal mechanisms:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"5\">Actions within criminal proceedings to obtain victim status and record war crimes;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"5\">Filing lawsuits in commercial or civil proceedings against the aggressor state for compensation of damages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Assessment and documentation of damages:<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">An algorithm for photo and video recording, inventory of damaged property, conducting independent valuation, and forming an evidentiary base for courts, insurance claims, and potential international compensation mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Tax and HR issues:<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">Procedures for notifying tax authorities about lost documents, writing off destroyed assets, as well as possible employer actions regarding employees in the event of work stoppage (downtime, remote work, transfers, leave, suspension of employment contracts).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">State business support programmes:<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\">An overview of existing and planned instruments: grant programmes, insurance mechanisms, tax and customs incentives for resuming operations.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Manager\u2019s checklist:<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\">Documents, procedures, and internal policies to prepare in advance to expedite the documentation of damages and initiate the compensation process in the event of an incident.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">This document is for informational purposes only and does not constitute individual legal advice.
