Our team advised on the Ukrainian law matters relating to the acquisition of the Ukrainian target, LTD &#8220;MERCOR UKRAINE&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our team conducted a full-scope legal due diligence of the local company and advised on transaction structuring. We further supported with all transaction instruments relating to Ukraine.
